Problems regarding emails with UPS tracking numbers

Dear user,
We have been notified by some clients that UPS has sent them confirmations with the wrong name. Please kindly note that this is due to an error of UPS new bulk processing system.
You don't need to worry, as it is simply a wrong name in the email text. We have verified that the tracking number and labels generated are all correct, and you will receive the package at your home.
Please expect your device within 2-3 days for most destinations worldwide

hey

i got an email from ups with a tracking number, but on GP website i still got no tracking number ?
