Hi,

Of course, here what I've done.

Downloat the latest Google Android SDK : http://developer.android.com/sdk/index.html

Follow the instructions to set up the environement : http://developer.android.com/sdk/installing/bundle.html

Then follow download the Google USB Driver : http://developer.android.com/sdk/win-usb.html, instruction are here http://developer.android.com/tools/extras/oem-usb.html

Of course, the device could not install GP phone, there are not supported and probably not in the future those are not Android phones'.

Goto <sdk>\extras\google\usb_driver\

Edit file 'android_winusb.inf'

Add these lines :

Code: [Select]
;Geeksphone Peak
%SingleAdbInterface%        = USB_Install, USB\VID_05C6&PID_8013
%CompositeAdbInterface%     = USB_Install, USB\VID_05C6&PID_8013&MI_00
%SingleAdbInterface%        = USB_Install, USB\VID_05C6&PID_8013
%CompositeAdbInterface%     = USB_Install, USB\VID_05C6&PID_8013&MI_00

You can ignore the last 2 lines, It's for the support of Keon

You can now enjoy and debug via ADB.

Cheers

@ GeekShadow

My process was tested only under XP, I think for Win7+ you don't need this trick.

Take a look here : http://adbdriver.com

I'm on Win8 64bit and I got it to work on my peak, and should work on the Keon too.

Install SDK Manager and Google USB Drivers. Do not edit the android_winusb, if you did, go to SDK Manager, delete it, and reinstall USB Drivers.

Now go to the file and right click, select Install.

Then go to Device Manager, find a "yellow marked" Android device, right click and "update driver".

Select the options to search for already installed devices on your computer (The second one, and I think the first one), then a list of drivers will appear. Select Android Device, it will warn you but just accept.

Done, now you can adb and stuff.
