I think there is no incidence recorded in the bug tracker.

There is an issue on CM/ that the Zero wakes up when off and charging.
I sometimes charge the phone at night. hence, off.
After the phone switched on a few times, i gave it up, set the "don't make noise, don't vibrate" mode, and went back to sleep.

Not as annoying as the wi-fi disconnections, now that i now about it.  But on my list of "top issue to fix" indeed.

If you use CM7, do NOT charge the phone when it's off.

There is an issue on CM/ that the Zero wakes up when off and charging. You should NOT let the Zero turn on by itself.
Simply charge it when it's on :)

Yes, I've already seen this bug on my geeksphone. but for me it's not a major problem.
But the main problem is that the battery level doesn't raise when the charger is plugged even if the phone is already on when plugging.
- If the phone is ever plugged, the battery could be damage
- If the phone is unplugged, what will append when the level will reach 0% ?

Is there any workaround for this bug ?

Ah ? That would cause problem ? Is that why there is a forced wake up ?

Javier, could you please tell us the issue number (I've made a search but I've NOT found it)??
I would like to "starre it", I mean, to vote for it and being notified by email if it changes.
I would like to have all ZERO related issues starraed by me....

Thanks in advance

I've created it :

It would be great to have another issue on the tracker to report that the phone turns on automatically if plugged-in while OFF.

CM already knows it. It is not a ZERO related issue. is something more complicated and related to AOSP.

It IS a Zero related issue.

I was sure I've read that there were an issue with kernel and clockworkmod that was affecting more devices than ZERO. But for sure I'm wrong...

sorry for any inconvenience

Well if that's the case, better for us! I thought it was a particular issue on the Zero :)

Maybe too early to tell, but charge level seems to be all right now (nightly60).
Switches ON when charging not yet fixed (but what's the point of switching OFF a phone to charge it ...).

Hello,

I've +/- the same kind of issues : when charging, the maximum battery level is 99%. I don't have other android phone so I don't know if it's normal but it takes a long time to reach that level (like 4 hours)

BUT I don't have CM, I'm using the stock rom
