Chip Wolfson
« on: January 28, 2012, 10:28:23 AM »

I don't speak spanish, sorry, but are you sayin' that there's the same Dac in the Zero and the Galaxy S?
I used to have a SGS(which i gave to my wife) and listening flac with voodoo app plus on the Power amp player was just wonderfull. ( a bit difficult not to become deaf using that with my Grado Sr80i  ;D )
If there's a way to got the same thing on Zero, developpers must try it. It would be wondefull for enhancement of Geeksphone notoriety: cheapest and best audio for an android phone.

Guys, the wolfson chips in the Zero are amplifiers whuch I believe don't have modifiable settings. Will get you the model number but dont think it is a full integrated subsystem like Samsung's
