New to Geeksphone ?
« on: July 31, 2015, 04:32:49 AM »
First of all hello everyone I just joined the forum :D

I recently discovered Geeksphone and its multi OS phone Revolution. I was very delighted to see such a phone actually exists and I am thinking of buying it. But I just wanted to see where is Revolution currently at ?
Are manufacturers still supporting the device, is it possible to make it run OSes like Sailfish and Ubuntu Touch...
and, well your opinion on the current status of this briliant device :D

thx

This briliant device... you make me laugh  :D
It's what I think. The phone itself is quite good but read the other posts. GP does not support the device anymore. For the moment we are all stuck with buggy releases of Firefox OS 2 and CM 11.

If you are curious and want to test to build you own image with the documentation, mine is for sale half of the price  :)
